Role Description
We’re looking for a multi-skilled, highly motivated Videographer and Content Creator to join our high-performing Marketing team. This hybrid creative role brings together videography, copywriting, design, and concept development to tell the Temple story across all touchpoints—from social to eCommerce and everything in between. Please note that this is an in-house role, based in Byron Bay and not a remote opportunity.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and has a passion for creating meaningful, brand-aligned content. You’ll be supported by a Marketing Manager with a clear vision, high production standards, and access to our studio space, equipment, and resources to bring your ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit both lo-fi and high-production video content for use across TikTok, Instagram, our website, and EDMs
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media, product pages, campaigns, and EDMs
- Develop and pitch creative content ideas in line with marketing strategies and brand campaigns
- Lead and execute in-house mini shoots and ecommerce content creation
- Create polished graphic assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Stay on top of digital and social trends (especially TikTok) to deliver timely, relevant content
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Take feedback on board, iterate quickly, and contribute proactively to a creative team environment
- Manage your time independently—you’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative role (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio
- Skilled in videography and editing—you’re confident behind the camera and in post-production
- Strong copywriting ability with a refined understanding of Temple’s tone of voice
- A natural flair for storytelling and concept development
- Social media fluency, especially on TikTok and Instagram
- Graphic design capability with a sharp eye for layout and brand cohesion
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work efficiently under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
