Role Description
As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a premium shopping experience while representing the Wolford brand. You will build genuine relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the day-to-day success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales through the POS system.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory.
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
About You
- Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly within fashion or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for fashion and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Confidence working towards sales targets.
- Well-presented with exceptional attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours between Monday and Saturday.
