Role Description
Wolford is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Melbourne boutique team. As a luxury retail brand renowned for exceptional quality, innovation, and craftsmanship, we are looking for an individual who is dedicated to delivering a premium client experience and building long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine appreciation for luxury fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of personalised client service. You will play an integral role in maintaining the boutique’s high standards while contributing to sales growth and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and client retention.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice across the Wolford collection.
- Maintain the presentation and visual merchandising standards of the boutique.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, inventory control, and stocktakes.
- Support client outreach initiatives, including follow-up communication, appointment bookings, and VIP client engagement.
- Assist with the execution of in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business objectives and create a positive working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or a customer-focused sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
