The Café will offer visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in an ethical and indulgent dining experience like no other. Held at Cremorne’s renowned Glasshaus, amongst a living green garden and seasonal florals, visitors will experience a three-course sensory menu and matching wines, inspired by the exciting flavours of the new Green & Black’s Smooth 70% dark chocolate range.

To bring this ethical and indulgent pop-up experience to the public, Green & Black’s has partnered with a collective of like-minded Australians who share a common ethos.

Chefs from Oakridge in the Yarra Valley.
The duo has a strong reputation for their commitment to the zero-waste movement and for elevating simple, ethically sourced produce.

Reclaimed furniture designer.
Known for his beautiful timber furniture that is designed with integrity and simplicity, using recycled and sustainably managed timbers, with a touch of elegance.

Through The Conscious Café collaboration, Green & Black’s has also partnered with aid agency, Save the Children in Australia. $60 from every ticket sold will go directly to Save the Children’s Hands on Learning Cafes Program in Australia.
