Kuwaii Conversations Vol. 1

Mar 13

A dialogue about clothing, emotion and memory.

As part of Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, Kuwaii is doing something different from the usual runway show.

Taking a thoughtful approach to its 2018 fashion event, the label has invited celebrated writers Lisa Mitchell, Peggy Frew and Lorelei Vashti to open a dialogue on clothing, emotion and memory. The event will see the trio each present an original piece of prose, inspired by the Kuwaii ethos.

With a glass of bubbly and canapés included in the ticket price, you’ll be able to sit back and enjoy the words of these women. All proceeds from ticket sales will also be donated to One Girl, a charity empowering girls across Africa through education.

Tickets are available here.
