MFF: Opportunities for Indigenous Fashion Post Pandemic
Mar 12

Get educated.
The fashion industry has no doubt been affected by the pandemic and those involved are now trying to both understand and adjust to our new reality.
To tease out these issues, six First Nations fashion millennials from Australia, New Zealand, Pacific, Asia, Central America and North Canada will join together for an online panel discussion during Melbourne Fashion Festival.
Aiming to broaden the conversation and reflect their global presence in the industry, the panellists will focus in on opportunities in Indigenous fashion, online opportunities for Indigenous fashion post-pandemic, triumph over adversity and aspirational narratives for young Indigenous people.
This 45-minute conversation with First Nation industry leaders is not to be missed, and will undoubtedly set the tone for Melbourne Fashion Festival’s 2021 program.
This is a free online event held via Zoom. Sign-up for tickets here.
