Song for the Mute Concept Space and Collection Launch

Sep 05 -

Oct 06

An immersive concept.

To launch collection Hunter 19.2, Song for the Mute has created an immersive concept space in Sydney. It has been designed to take consumers through a narrative of the collection via sensory experiences and creative collaborations across sight, sound, touch and smell.

The Hunter 19.2 collection was inspired by the German word ‘WALDEINSAMKEIT’ meaning ‘forest solitude; the feeling of being alone in the woods’. The collection and concept space reflect on a sense of isolation, the need to engage with nature and to reconnect with one’s spirit.

A limited edition collaborative scent has been created with only 30 bottles available, and will be available on-site. Audio will be a 40 minute soundtrack capturing the ambience of the Australian natural landscape recorded by Lastlings (recently toured with Rufus Du Sol, Coachella and Splendour in the Grass). A floral collaboration with dried Australian native flora and exclusive lifestyle items such as bags, a limited edition blanket and t-shirts, will also all be available to consumers throug the space.

Song for the Mute is stocked at the likes of Harrolds, Dover Street Market, Opening Ceremony, Browns London and Kashiyama Daikanyama, now with a total of 65 international stockists, following its ‘Hunter’ Installation at Paris Fashion Week.
