Karen Walker just released a new Runaway Girl collection
Celebrating 16 years.
There are a few key motifs that denote Karen Walker designs. You’ve got arrows on the arms of her eyewear, animal faces on rings and of course, her infamous Runaway Girl whose image has appeared on all manner of objects.
This year, Karen Walker is celebrating 16 years of the Runaway Girl, with a new jewellery collection, Girl with a Pearl.
The capsule marks a new maturity for the icon, with gold and silver designs accented with soft pink pearls. It features a limited edition Runway Girl necklace, which sees a pearl dangling from her stick in place of her usual bundle.
“There’s an entire generation right now who’ve not experienced pearls as a modern piece in their wardrobe,” said Karen of the collection. “We wanted to bring the pearl into their world in a way that feels fresh and interesting.”
The Girl with a Pearl collection is available today from all Karen Walker stores. Girl with a Pearl Runway Girl necklace is a limited edition piece and will only be available for Summer 17/18.
