Mimco scores Soo Joo Park for latest campaign
We can’t look away.
With legs up to here and hair down to there, international supermodel Soo Joo Park certainly steals the spotlight for Mimco’s latest campaign, Atomic Ranger.
Having inspired the likes of Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld in the past, she is a fitting choice for the label.
Mimco celebrates the uniqueness of all us ladies including Ajak Deng, Holly Rose Emery, Paris Roberts, Jessica Gomes and Alice Burdeu, who have all starred in previous campaigns. The label’s managing and creative director Cathryn Wills says “Mimco believes in women in all their individuality, their strength and their ability to lead, inspire, nurture and educate.” She says that’s why Soo Joo Park was a perfect fit for the brand.
The campaign, which is shot in Melbourne by Christian Blanchard, sees Park radiating an envious amount of chic as she moves freely inside a reimagined ballroom. The collection reads classic Mimco with an edge, fit with tassels and textures for the bags, and an interplay of chunk and finer chains for the jewellery.
