An “unflinching” Paris Hilton documentary is in the works

That’s hot.

When we heard this news we had to double-check our calendars, because we don’t remember Paris Hilton making headlines since 2005. However, in news today, the queen of the 2000s has announced plans for an “unflinching authorized documentary.”

9.14 Pictures and XYZ Films recently announced the 100% real, 100% “unflinching” film about the life of “businesswoman, entrepreneur, and media icon,” Paris Hilton. We assume that this will also cover her heiress status, amazing reality show, thriving DJ career, motherhood to Tinkerbell (RIP), attempted singing career and life as Kim Kardashian’s employer.

The untitled project, to be directed by Don Argott and Sheena Joyce, will begin filming in Ibiza at the end of this summer.

“Paris Hilton is a modern-day Marilyn Monroe – beautiful, iconized, world famous, shaped by mass media, and misunderstood” Argott and Joyce told The Hollywood Reporter. “We are thrilled to work with Paris to explore her complicated relationship with the public, the press, and the politics that shape our perfection of a modern celebrity”

If Paris is half as good on camera as she is at singing ‘Stars are Blind’, this will be amazing.
