General Pants Co. is setting up shop in West Hollywood

General Pants Co is expanding big time. The Aussie retail icon has just announced it will be opening its doors in The States later this year. Called The Local, it will be the brand’s first “Australian brands only” concept store, and will be opening in West Hollywood’s famous shopping precinct, La Brea Avenue.
The Local will bring Australian labels like Ksubi, One Teaspoon, Neuw, Rolla’s and others to the forefront of the US market. We don’t mean to brag, but according to GP, Australian brands are currently among the most sought-after in the US. *hair flip*
“The team at General Pants Co. don’t just observe culture, they live culture. Our business is full of interesting and curious people in touch with the most cultural happenings wherever they are. With our Aussie team heading over to open The Local, we are excited to give LA a little taste of what makes us different,” said General Pants Co. CEO, Craig King.
