Gigi and Bella Hadid pose in first cover shoot together for V magazine

We’re pretty taken with Gigi and Bella Hadid at FJ. These superstar sisters have been dominating the modelling industry for the past year but their recent cover shoot with V magazine is the first time they’ve posed together.
It’s a pretty smouldering set of images, shot by Steven Klein in the baseball park at NYC’s Chelsea Piers. Patti Wilson styled the shoot and it’s a lingerie fest with fur coats, sheer thigh-high stockings and Louboutins.
The accompanying interview included bits about boys, girls and Instagram.
Gigi made a pretty fantastic statement about the power of Instagram. If it ceased to exist, she predicts that this would change the economy because it is the centre of so many industries right now.
They agreed that the current generation of models have moved away from the catty model stereotype to a much more supportive network of friends. Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ music video kind of encompasses that sentiment.
Also, they don’t have the same type in dudes so fighting over a guy definitely wouldn’t be a thing. Good to know.
