Here’s the insane amount of money fashion bloggers can earn per year

Sooo many dollars.

If you’ve ever considered becoming a fashion blogger, then now may just be the perfect time to start.

We thought the $1 million per year the top bloggers of 2014 were bringing in, was a lot. Turns out that’s nothing compared to the all time high revenue a fashion blogger can now earn. Think up to $3 million per year.

According to WWD, Instagram post prices are almost five times the amount they were 18 months ago. An established blogger can earn between $5,000 to $25,000 per post. Yes you read that right, PER POST. And that’s nothing compared to Kylie Jenner, who is reportedly paid $100,000 to $300,000 per post.

WWD states that a year-long campaign with a top brand can result in up to half a million dollars for a blogger. Blogger Kristina Bazan, who has 2.2 million Instagram followers, is said to have signed a seven-figure contract with L’Oréal last October.

The business model is so lucrative, that several management companies are popping up, taking charge of securing deals and raking in the money as a result. WWD reports that management company DBA’s 130 influencers are earning a combined revenue of $50 million per year.

Time for a career change? We think yes.
