Karen Walker drops first ever men’s eyewear collection

Guys, it’s time to rejoice.

Karen Walker has finally released an eyewear line for men. Aptly named Monumental, the collection was inspired by the great gents of the past. Think Hemingway, Voltaire and Picasso.

While KW has never had a strict ‘no boys allowed’ approach to her other eyewear collections, this is the first line created specifically for them.

The release experiments with today’s fluid idea of modern masculinity, making psychedelic pop musician, Connan Mockasin, the perfect model.

Featuring six frames in tortoiseshell, black horn and clear acetates, the collection is a modernised take on the styles from the ’30s and ’50s.

Monumental is available now.
