Say goodbye to Burberry’s diffusion lines

When four become one.

Burberry is making their world a little simpler. The British fashion house has just announced it is going to cease producing its Prorsum, Brit and London labels in favour of one unified Burberry brand.

The change is all in reaction to the changing trends of so-called “luxury customers,” with Burberry CEO Christopher Bailey explaining, “their style is more fluid and this is reflected in the way they shop. The changes we are making allow us to serve this new behaviour more intuitively. By unifying our three lines under one label we can also offer a much more consistent experience of Burberry collections.”

If you say so Chris. The transition begins now, but won’t be completed until 2016.
