Stella McCartney debuts lingerie line for women who have had double mastectomies

What a legend.

Stella McCartney has debuted two new lingerie lines in support of breast cancer sufferers and has tapped mega-model Cara Delevingne to help out.

The Alina Playing set comes in hot pink, with a percentage of its proceeds being donated to the Linda McCartney centre in the UK, the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the National Breast Cancer Foundation Australia.

The second lingerie line to come from McCartney focuses on women who have suffered through a double mastectomy operation. The lace and cotton compression bra works to bring comfort and beauty to those who have recently undergone surgery.

Of the line, McCartney (who lost her mother to breast cancer) stated, “We wanted women to know that you can still be feminine, have your sensuality, have all of the things that are attached to being a woman and that part of your body can still feel beautiful on the outside, as well as the inside.”

All proceeds from the Louise Listening Bra will go to the Hello Beautiful Foundation.
