Eight Melbourne labels are coming together for a sustainable pop-up

Words by Lydia Crist

A group of creatives have banded together on Gertrude Street.

Gertrude Street is getting a sustainable addition to its selection of shops with the arrival of Consciously Crafted, a collective pop-up shop.

Consciously Crafted will showcase a range of Australian-based labels all run by women. Every product on offer has been designed and made in Australia and follows sustainable and ethical practices. From February 28 you will be able to shop a range of products including clothing, art, ceramics, jewellery, loungewear, organic skincare and leather goods.

The brands on display at the pop-up are Argent Silversmith, Simétrie, Kristin Olds, Ochre Ceramics, Alabasta Organik, Dream States Lounge, Emma Dillon Hill and Form by T, and doors will stay open every day until March 26, allowing us busy folk plenty of time to make our way through what’s on offer. Click through the gallery above to get a feel for the selection of goods on offer, and if you’re in Melbourne head to Gertrude Street and treat yourself to a guilt-free purchase.
