Healthy four-ingredient smoothie recipes that actually taste good

Easy peasy.

We know smoothies are great, but sometimes we’re lacking inspiration.

Turning to the internet can be zero help, when ingredients listed include abstract names (mesquite?) and well-overpriced ingredients. We don’t know about you, but we certainly don’t keep cacao nibs in the office pantry.

Instead, here are four easy and healthy smoothie ideas, that require only four (very normal) ingredients.

Happy sipping.

For when you don’t have time to chew your breakfast
1 frozen banana
1tbsp LSA
½ cup oats
½ cup milk (dairy, almond, whatever floats your boat)

For when you’re feeling a little cheeky
1tbsp cacao/cocoa/choc protein powder (whatever you’ve got handy)
1 frozen banana
1tbsp peanut butter
½ cup milk

For when you want to eat your smoothie with a spoon
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup greek yoghurt (try and get the 0% kind)
1tbsp chia seeds
A squeeze of honey

For when you’re feeling sad about the end of summer
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup strawberries
1 cup ice
A couple of mint leaves (fresh is best)

Put ingredients in blender

Serves 1.

You’re welcome.
