NikeWomen made a truck with a built-in gym and it’s coming to you this week

Going on a road trip.

If your New Year’s fitness resolutions are going, like, really well, it’s time to show off all that hard work.

Nike is about to launch its newest initiative: the NikeWomen Metcon Mack. It’s a truck (named aptly after the new Metcon shoe) with a built-in gym that has been kitted out with ropes, rings, weights, kettle bells and plyo boxes.

Touring Victoria and New South Wales, the 28-tonne truck is bringing with it the Metcon Mack Nike+ Training Club sessions: 45-minute workouts designed to challenge the strength and endurance of its participants.

If you’re up for even more of a challenge, Nike will be running a Metcon Mack Challenge, giving participants the chance to face off against some of Australia’s best elite female athletes. Max out your chin ups against Iron Woman Jordan Mercer, or try and beat netballer Kim Ravaillion at plyo box jumps.

Registration is now open, but limited spaces are available at each stop.
