A Sailor Moon smartphone and selfie stick now exist

Making selfie sticks cool.

Hold the phone, Sailor Soldiers. A Sailor Moon smart phone has been released in China, along with a Moon Stick-inspired selfie stick.

All pink and gold with hearts, bows and crescent moons galore, it’s gotten the tick of approval from Sailor Moon creator, Takeuchi Naoko.

The combo was created by Meitu, who you might remember from their popular selfie app. So there are no surprises here that one of the phone’s biggest features is its 12-megapixel front-facing camera with in-built filtering and face-tuning. Basically, you’ll never take a bad selfie again.

It’s limited edition with only 10,000 available, so if you’re in China, get your ¥¥¥¥ ready. And Sailor Moon fans in Australia just need to hang out for an international release.
