You will soon be able to buy a robot to fold your laundry because #wardrobegoals

Perfection does exist.

Recently, I bravely decided to clean my wardrobe. It was a step-by-step process that involved culling old mistakes (goodbye Starbucks-themed singlet) and coordinating the surviving pieces by season and colour.

Although the finished product does look great (hats off to the navy section), I just don’t have a knack for folding. And, tbh, it lets down what could be a wonderful masterpiece.

It seems I’m not the only one who struggles. Soon you’ll be able to buy a nifty little machine called the FoldiMate. Designed to remove the hassle of folding, the FoldiMate can supposedly create perfect creases and includes a fancy steam cleaner that removes any wrinkles in the process. IN 30 SECONDS.

You can even make it spray your clothes with perfume, so they’ll smell like fairies and butterflies (probably).

Unfortunately, the robot arms are incapable of folding underwear and linen, due to their sizes. Hashtag devo.

The FoldiMate is set to be realised in 2018 with the pre-orders beginning in 2017. You might want to cut back on your shopping though, this beauty will set you back approximately $1000.
