The 2017 Sugar Mountain lineup is here

Your summer just keeps getting better with the announcement of Sugar Mountain’s full lineup.

Held at the Victorian College of the Arts on Saturday January 21, this year’s event will bring UK’s Blood Orange back to Oz for the first time in four years. His set will be followed up by acts:

Pantha Du Prince (Germany); Jessy Lanza (Canada); Little Simz (UK); Suzanne Ciani (USA) and Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith (USA); Moses Sumney (USA); Kelsey Lu (USA); Mood II Swing (USA); Beppe Loda (Italy); Weyes Blood (USA); Baba Stiltz (Stockholm); Palms Trax (UK), Kornél Kovács (Stockholm).

On the local side of things, we have: Big Scary; MY DISCO; Black Cab; The Belligerents; Methyl Ethel; Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever; Jaala; Jack River; Tornado Wallace; CC:DISCO!; Daydreams DJs; Slum Sociable; Sui Zhen; KUČKA; ALTA; Dro Carey.

There’s also a collection of international and local artists hitting up the festival and bringing with them several large-scale interactive activations. Think MOMO (USA); Supergroup – Morag Myerscough x Luke Morgan (UK); Robyn Moody x Caroline Polachek (Canada); March Studios; Karan Singh (Tokyo/Melb); Caleb O’Shea; Elliott Routledge; Miriam Bleau (Canada).
