Big news for lovers of homewares, furniture, cosmetics, clothes and just about everything else.

Muji is expanding and re-launching its flagship store in Melbourne’s Emporium this November, and you should probably prepare yourself for major interior envy.

The brand new 1102sqm space will focus on and showcase Muji's amazing furniture collection, something that has been lacking in the Melbourne store until now. It will also make the store the second largest in Australia.

Think modern Japanese style homewares, laid out Ikea style. (Yep, you can now re-enact that 500 Days of Summer scene in a Cedar wood interior.)

In addition to the larger floor space, MUJI will also be introducing new products and ranges that weren’t available in Australia before. Sitting among 758 stores worldwide, we know this is going to be huge.

There will be a VIP event on the November 2 to celebrate the launch.

The brand new store will officially reopen on November 3, with offers and limited gifts with purchases available throughout the day.
