"In 1919, I woke up famous.”

Coco Chanel was an influential woman. She introduced the world to the little black dress, revolutionised perfume with Chanel No. 5 and built a fashion empire.

Pocket Coco Chanel Wisdom is a handy little collection of quotes from the designer’s best moments, all broken up into five useful sections of Style, Women, Herself, Life and Success.

Comprising of little pearls like “arrogance is in everything I do,” and “in 1919, I woke up famous,” you’ll be chuckling through 95 pages of sarcasm and wit. Granted, you may not agree with all of Chanel’s musings, but it’s an entertaining insight into the inner workings of a true fashion legend.
