The team behind REDKEN 5TH AVENUE NYC are celebrating 10 years as the official hair partner of MBFWA.
While fashion week may be over, the hair looks are not.
For the STRATEAS.CARLUCCI show, the focus was on the individual beauty of each model, creating natural, tousled looks to amplify their confidence.
Here’s how hair directors Richard Kavanagh and Ben Martin created lived-in locks for the show:
1. To prep your hair, select a REDKEN product tailored to your hair type. If you require a moisture boost, add REDKEN Diamond Oil Glow Dry Style Enhancing Oil through the lengths. If you need to boost the texture and reduce shine, apply REDKEN Pillow Proof Blow Dry Two Day Extender Dry Shampoo to absorb excess oil and create weightless volume.
2. Liberally apply REDKEN Rootful 06 Root Lifting Spray through the roots and lengths and roughly blow-dry to create lived-in, textured volume.
3. Finish by tousling hair with your hands and misting REDKEN Wind Blown 05 Dry Finishing Spray all over to enhance the texture with lightweight hold.
