MAC is launching charcoal-infused skincare

About time.

Of all the beauty crazes to take off in the last year or two, charcoal skincare in undoubtedly the biggest.

MAC is the latest beauty brand to jump aboard on the charcoal trend, announcing the launch of a Mineralize Total Detox collection.

The drop includes two new products, a Mineralize Reset & Revive Charcoal Mask, and a Charged Water Charcoal Spray. Both products will join the existing Mineralize Volcanic Ash Exfoliator to create a trio of detox products.

Their aim will be to refresh skin and draw impurities out of pores, arriving just in time for the holiday season.

It’s all set to drop in the US from December 26, and globally on January 4.
