Role Description
As Admin Support (Finance and Recruitment), you keep key back-office admin running smoothly, supporting operational administration tasks primarily in finance and recruitment.You support invoice payments and maintain clear, accurate reports so the business always has reliable information and visibility over its financial position.
You coordinate recruitment administration so the team can hire well and operate efficiently.
Employment and Pay
Part-time: 2-3 days per week, flexible.
Possible days of work include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoice payments from receipt through to payment, ensuring invoices are approved, paid on time, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general finance admin, including bookkeeping queries and payroll support as needed
- Pull, update, and present reports and spreadsheet data accurately
- Support recruitment admin by posting roles (as needed) and monitoring applications
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate/interviewer calendars
- Communicate with candidates and keep them updated throughout the hiring process
- Update recruitment trackers and file recruitment documents correctly
