Role Description
Alex Perry is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our Sydney head office team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the Alex Perry office. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the head office environment while providing high-quality administrative support across the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
OFFICE COORDINATION AND FRONT OF HOUSE
- Professionally greet and assist all visitors and clients.
- Manage incoming calls, redirect enquiries and take messages as required.
- Ensure the office and meeting spaces are client-ready at all times.
EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Provide personal assistant support to Executives and Directors as required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, correspondence and diary management.
- Provide general administrative support across all departments.
OFFICE OPERATIONS
- Order and manage office supplies, monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is operational.
- Receive and distribute deliveries and coordinate courier services.
- Liaise with building management regarding maintenance and facilities matters.
- Provide basic IT and technical support and coordinate with external IT providers when required.
PEOPLE AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including workstation setup, access codes and administrative inductions.
- Assist with internal events, meetings and staff travel arrangements.
- Process and ship ecommerce orders.
- Assist wholesale with sales and shipping of garments.
