Role Description
All Fenix is a globally recognised, design-led activewear brand worn by thousands of women across Australia, the US and beyond. What started as a cult favourite has quickly grown into a high-performing wholesale and DTC business supplying premium partners and customers worldwide.
As we scale rapidly across Australia and the US, our production and logistics engine is more important than ever. We’re now looking for a sharp, highly organised and proactive Production & Logistics Assistant to support our Production Manager with the flow of product start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with offshore factories and following up on samples, approvals and timelines.
- Updating and maintaining production schedules from sampling through to bulk.
- Preparing packing lists, allocations and carton breakdowns.
- Supporting freight bookings, air vs sea coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Assisting with PO creation and reconciling supplier and freight invoices.
- Keeping internal systems and digital files up to date and accurate.
- Preparing dispatch documents and shipping instructions for wholesale orders.
- Ensuring orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time across AU and US markets.
- Collaborating with design, warehouse, wholesale and logistics teams to keep everything aligned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 1–2 years’ experience in production admin, wholesale or supply chain logistics or fashion operations.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets.
- Clear, professional communication, especially with overseas suppliers and freight partners.
- A calm, practical approach to troubleshooting and process management.
- A super quick, proactive working style and an eagerness to learn how product moves from concept to shelf.
- A genuine interest in learning how great product gets made, packed and delivered.
