Role Description
ARC is looking for a Group Account Manager to inspire and guide day-to-day creativity & strategy with clients in the fashion, retail and lifestyle space.

As Group Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team in creating and driving strategies that yield quality results for clients, managing campaigns and media relations with confidence and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic lead in high-level PR strategy, brand messaging and content production.
- Oversee the day-to-day work flow and team development.
- Develop and execute PR strategies, media plans, campaigns, and activations.
- Guide, mentor, and keep the team organised through monthly activity reports, weekly WIPs.
- Responsible for managing client budgets.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 years of experience within the public relations, communications, and brand strategy (agency experience preferred within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors).
- Strong client leadership experience.
- Established relationships with fashion & lifestyle media.
- Fantastic organisation & time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing and develop teams and budgets across multiple clients or projects.
- Good work ethic, positive attitude and eagerness to learn & offer assistance when required.
