Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production process, from development to delivery.
You will oversee replenishment, costings, care label compliance, and quality control of samples, while coordinating campaign and PR samples and managing logistics.
This is a hands-on role for a detail-driven professional who ensures product excellence and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production execution, ensuring alignment across timelines, suppliers, and product integrity.
- Manage replenishment cycles to support consistent stock flow and business demand.
- Maintain accuracy across FOB costings, margin performance, and care label compliance.
- Uphold product quality standards through detailed review and measurement of shipping and production samples.
- Coordinate campaign and PR samples, ensuring seamless delivery in line with brand and marketing timelines.
- Support logistics and operational excellence, including shipment handling, supplier communication, and invoice verification.
