Role Description
We are looking for a part-time Tailoring Showroom Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or a student with an interest in fashion, tailoring, or design, who is eager to learn the ins and outs of the menswear industry. Your primary responsibility will be conducting client fittings, guiding customers through the final stages of their made-to-measure journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the fitting process from initial try-on through to final pick-up.
- Delivering confident, personable service and building strong client relationships.
- Coordinating the alterations with our tailors.
- Assisting with various admin tasks in the showroom.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about fashion and tailoring.
- Confident working with people and delivering high-end customer service.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of fit and proportion.
- Comfortable advising clients on style and presentation.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple fittings and follow-ups.
- Positive, professional, and eager to learn.
- Experienced in men’s suiting or fashion retail.
- Skilled in basic pinning with an understanding of garment alterations.
