Our close-knit team of 13 creatives works in a collaborative, supportive environment centred on care and meaningful design. With most sales taking place in our Collingwood flagship store, this hands-on role combines fine jewellery sales, client relationship building, showroom care, and operational support.
This role suits someone genuinely obsessed with jewellery, fashion, and craft. You value thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship, and you love helping clients find the perfect piece, whether an engagement ring, a future heirloom, or an everyday treasure.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, bubbly, intuitive, and highly personalised customer service.
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients, both in-store and over time.
- Meet and contribute to individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Maintain exceptional presentation and care of the showroom and jewellery displays.
- Support appointment management, client follow-ups, and after-sales care.
- Assist with stock handling, basic inventory processes, and operational tasks.
- Work closely with the wider retail, production, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Please note, you have to be available weekends.
