Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Qualified Hairdresser with relevant trade qualifications.
- Experience working in a premium salon environment, with a strong eye for detail and client care.
- Confident in cutting, styling and/or colouring, with opportunities available for both emerging and experienced stylists.
- Passionate about creating personalised experiences and building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
- Warm, professional and confident, with a natural ability to make every guest feel welcome.
- Commercially minded, with experience recommending retail products and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a positive, supportive and high-performing environment.
- Committed to continual growth through ongoing education, creativity and developing your craft.
