Role Description
We’re looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to join our Gold Coast team and work closely alongside the founders and marketing team to help shape, align, and deliver With Jéan’s brand and marketing strategy. This role is about connection and clarity, ensuring everyone is working toward the same vision, on the same timelines, with clear priorities and direction.
You’ll be a central point of collaboration across brand, marketing, content, and PR, supporting the team to stay organised, focused, and on track while helping bring our campaigns and brand moments to life in a thoughtful, considered way. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves planning, structure, and storytelling, and who thrives working alongside a creative team rather than sitting above it.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Alignment and Strategy
- Work closely with the founders to help evolve and protect the With Jéan brand across all touchpoints.
- Support the development of brand and marketing strategies aligned with collection launches and business goals.
- Ensure brand messaging and creative direction remain consistent, clear, and distinctly With Jéan.
- Act as a sounding board and partner to the creative and marketing team, helping turn ideas into clear plans.
Marketing Planning and Execution
- Oversee marketing calendars and campaign timelines, ensuring projects are well planned and delivered on time.
- Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and wholesale.
- Help set clear priorities, deadlines, and expectations across the marketing team.
- Ensure all teams are aligned on launch dates, deliverables, and key moments throughout the year.
Team Coordination and KPIs
- Work alongside the founders to set clear KPIs, goals, and measures of success across channels.
- Help keep the team accountable to timelines and commitments, ensuring momentum and follow-through.
- Identify gaps, risks, or delays early and work collaboratively to keep projects moving.
- Foster a supportive, organised, and communicative team environment.
- Help refine marketing processes, workflows, and ways of working as the team and business continue to grow.
Performance, PR and Community Support
- Partner with performance and e-commerce teams to ensure brand and commercial goals are aligned.
- Support PR, influencer, and community initiatives alongside internal teams and external partners.
- Review campaign performance and share insights to inform future planning and improvements.
