• Talent Scouting & Development – Find new talent and help them polish their portfolios, social media presence, and personal brand.
• Job Booking – Negotiate rates, secure roles like campaigns, editorials, runway shows, content creation, and event appearances.
• Client & Industry Relations – Build and maintain strong connections with brands, designers, photographers, casting directors, and production companies to open doors for our talent.
• Career & Contract Management – Advise on branding and career strategy, manage calendars and logistics, and ensure contracts and payments are handled smoothly.
• You’re a digital native with a passion for social media, content creation, and the influencer space. Fully in tune with TikTok trends and Australia’s top influencers.
• You have experience in a modelling/talent agency, influencer/creators agency, or digital marketing environment, or you’re keen to learn the digital landscape.
• You’re great with people, able to adapt your communication style to both clients and talent.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and are eager to grow, even if the pay isn’t top-tier right out of the gate.
