Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working closely with key partners across brand, creative, digital/ecommerce and retail operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, planning, and executing creative content that reflects the by charlotte aesthetic and brand voice.
• Managing the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and a consistent storytelling rhythm across all social channels.
• Leading creative ideation for brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments, turning concepts into scroll-stopping content that connects with our audience.
• Being camera-facing where relevant — capturing and sharing authentic behind-the-scenes moments, founder features, and day-in-the-life storytelling that embody the heart of the brand.
• Collaborating with our creative, e-commerce, and retail teams to align social content with campaign objectives, product drops, and in-store activations.
• Partnering with photographers, videographers, and stylists to produce content that meets creative and commercial goals, ensuring every asset feels cohesive and considered.
• Building and nurturing a vibrant community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with warmth, care, and authenticity.
• Identifying and engaging with creators, influencers, and brand advocates to strengthen relationships and drive organic reach.
• Staying ahead of platform trends and emerging storytelling techniques, adapting them to fit our brand identity and voice.
• Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on social media performance, using insights to refine our strategy, enhance engagement, and inspire continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a natural storyteller with 3–5 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling — ideally within fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands. You have a keen eye for design, a love for creating short-form video content, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life using. You communicate with warmth and clarity, balancing creativity with commercial thinking, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail are key. Most importantly, you’re deeply connected to storytelling that uplifts, inspires, and celebrates individuality.
