Role Description
This role is ideal for a reliable, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Assistant at BY JOHNNY, you’ll be a support within the Warehouse in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of dispatch, stock management and inventory control.
From picking and packing online and wholesale orders to receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, and maintaining an organised warehouse space, you’ll play a key role in keeping product moving efficiently and accurately. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic and positive attitude will directly contribute to delivering a seamless experience for both our customers and stockists.
ABOUT YOU
- Entry-level – minimal experience needed.
- Be self-driven, energetic and motivated.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and highly organised work ethic.
- Genuine passion for BY JOHNNY & the fashion industry.
- Great attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Logistics Manager in e-commerce.
- Pick, Pack and dispatch.
- Inventory Management – stock counting and correcting.
- Glass Inventory System.
- Bulk Delivery receiving.
- Online Order picking and packing.
- Local pick-ups and deliveries, using the work van.
- Administration support/Data Entry.
- Supporting the Brand and Sales Director with wholesale support, data entry, customer communication and sales showings preparation.
- Supporting the Creative Director prior to and on fashion shoots.
- Supporting other departments on an ad-hoc basis.
WORKING HOURS
- We are after someone casually – we could require you 1-2 days weekly.
- Need to be available Monday’s. This may increase or decrease based on time of year and peak delivery periods.
