Role Description

We’re all about creating smart, strategic, and beautifully bespoke PR that gets people talking (and posting) – no cookie cutter here.
We’re on the hunt for a Content & PR Coordinator who’s passionate about beauty, across (and ahead of) what’s trending, loves to create social content and write, and gets excited seeing an idea come to life – from first brainstorm to seeing it splashed across Insta or the pages of Vogue. If you’re organised, details orientated, creative, and ready to learn from some of the best in the biz, this could be your dream next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideation and posting to the company’s Instagram and Tiktok accounts
- Community management on Stark Matthews’ socials
- Jumping on trends and viral social moments to create impact with media and influencers
- Helping pull off unforgettable events and beauty activations
- Keeping our media and influencer lists updated
- Packaging up gorgeous product send-outs (we love a good unboxing moment)
- Drafting press releases and PR copy
- Creating coverage reports
- Keeping our stockroom/beauty shelves sparkling and stocked
- Bringing proactive, creative ideas to brainstorms
KEY SKILLS
- Have a genuine passion for the beauty world (and a borderline obsession with skincare/makeup trends)
- Are a quick mover and aren’t afraid to jump in, get your hands dirty, and make things happen
- Are a natural communicator — on email, in person, and everywhere in between
- Are super organised, detail-driven, and love a well-ordered to-do list
- Love being part of a collaborative, down-to-earth, and supportive team
- Are across media and influencer culture like it’s second nature (bonus points if you can name your current beauty product obsessions)
- Previous internship or work experience in PR, comms, influencer marketing
- Great skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and what’s trending in the beauty sphere
- An example/example of of social content you’ve created (shared with your resume)
