Role Description
The Luxuriate is a fast-growing, founder-led brand based in Melbourne. We’re pioneering a new standard in the candle industry, one that’s sustainable, design-led, and made to last. Our refillable stone candles are now in homes around the world, and as we grow, our focus remains on craftsmanship, innovation, and creating something truly unique in the global home fragrance space.
You will lead in the ideation, creation and execution of high-quality content that builds brand awareness, deepens our community connection and drives performance across paid and organic channels.
You’ll be the driving force behind our organic social content and brand storytelling, from cinematic reels to elevated brand campaigns, you’ll craft visually stunning content that tells a story, captures attention, and connects with our growing global audience. If you live and breathe visual storytelling and know how to capture the essence of scent online, we want to hear from you.
Alongside our Creative Director and creative team, you will play a hands-on role in shaping how customers experience The Luxuriate both online and off.
We’re looking for a creative thinker, someone who pushes boundaries, thrives on bold ideas, and isn’t afraid to do things differently. If you’re confident in your vision and know how to make a brand stand out, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit compelling video content for Instagram and Tiktok for both organic and paid channels.
- Keep a sharp eye on emerging content and trends, ensuring our approach remains on brand
- Monitor and analyse insights to
- Collaborate with other creators and influencers to amplify reach and align with paid campaign goals
- Champion new ideas – we value originality and thinking outside the box
KEY SKILLS
- Proven experience in content creation, ideally within an ecommerce or luxury brand.
- Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or CapCut.
- A considered understanding of platform mechanics and content best practices across Instagram, Tiktok and Meta.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics—you instinctively know how to create refined, brand-aligned visuals that feel premium and modern. We don’t want to look like everyone else, we want our brand to stand apart from the rest.
- Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects with efficiency and calm.
