Role Description
The Creative and Brand Manager plays a key role in shaping the future direction and success of Precision MGMT. We are also open to SYDNEY applications for this role.
Beyond executing the visual identity, you are responsible for driving platform strategy and ensuring everything we put out, from internal comms to external work – feels on brand, elevated, and intentional.
You’ll oversee creative projects from start to finish and will be involved across all areas of the brand from logos and design to initiatives like our newspaper, scouting new faces, and supporting the broader agency and talent presence.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4+ years in a creative, content, or brand management role, experience within talent, media, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Strong portfolio of branding, campaigns, and content (especially across social/digital).
- Deep understanding of storytelling, visual branding, and audience engagement.
- Confident in managing creative projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate vision into visuals and strategy.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Innovative & ahead of trends on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and present a strategic content and growth plan for each relevant platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others) on an annual basis, ensuring alignment with brand goals and evolving to new algorithms and trends.
- Website and .com management from creative concepts, reviewing portfolios and updating where required.
- Oversee and maintain the Precision MGMT brand identity across all mediums, including fonts, colour palettes, logos, presentation decks and internal templates.
- Plan, organise and execute the Newspaper twice a year.
- Organise and execute EDMS and other brand activity.
- Present ideas and creative concepts for Merchandise.
- Birthday Cards and Holiday Cards.
- Creative Strategy (develop and manage tailored creative strategies for agency talent across social, digital, and offline platforms ensuring brand alignment, consistency, and audience engagement.)
- Create and execute pitch decks for clients (prioritising CEO/COO).
- Oversee internal photoshoots, digi days, and other content days.
- Stay across industry trends and regularly share insights.
- Provide and share unique concepts, ideas and innovative initiatives / opportunities.
- Scouting (lead recommendations and gaps within the roster/portfolio, assist team on proactive scouting online and offline).
