Role Description
Carla Zampatti is one of the most recognised Australian fashion houses.
We pride ourselves with designing timeless collections and producing garments of the highest quality, all within Australia.
This is a full-time role reporting to our eCommerce Manager, where you will be the friendly and helpful point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of customer care including emails and phone calls
- Providing occasional styling advice to customers, informing them of stock levels, prices, order tracking and similar matters
- Processing over the phone orders
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Occasional liasing with David Jones or other marketplaces’ customer care team to provide updates on orders placed through their platforms
- Handle customer returns and exchanges, including returning stock to its allocated location
- Maintain ERP with accurate information
- Support the eCommerce Manager with ad-hoc tasks
KEY SKILLS
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer service orientation
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Problem-solving skills
- Able to work in our Waterloo Head Office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Experience with Shopify and Zendesk
