We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to join our team in a parenatal leave 12 month full time role (Monday to Friday), based in our Cremorne head office.
Supporting our brand, you will deliver a positive and responsive service experience with every customer interaction that assists in building customer loyalty. As a true ambassador for Sportsgirl and business, your strong customer service focused approach, proactive and responsive nature and problem solving abilities will support your success in this role and help you think on your feet during our busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing great customer service as direct first point of contact for customer telephone and email enquiries

Build customer loyalty by creating a positive and responsive service experience with every customer interaction

Resolve customer enquiries as first point of contact

Ensure all required reports are completed accurately and within specified timelines

Develop effective relationships with internal customers and stores
KEY SKILLS
- Proven experience in dealing with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment within the retail industry
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving ability (takes ownership for actions and uses initiative to get results)
- Retail POS application systems knowledge preferred
- Strong PC Skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience or exposure to Zendesk ideal
