As a Ksubi Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up through product – translating global trends, subcultural influences and street energy into bold, relevant collections. You’ll own your categories end-to-end, blending instinct and technical skill to deliver product that hits both creative and commercial marks.

- Drive your categories end to end – from concept and design through to final sample delivery.
- Balance creativity and commerciality, ensuring every piece aligns with Ksubi’s DNA and margin goals.
- Collaborate with Production, Buying and Merch teams to deliver cohesive, profitable ranges.
- Manage timelines, tech packs and supplier communication to keep development on track.
- Lead, mentor and inspire junior team members while contributing to Ksubi’s creative culture.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years’ experience designing apparel for a successful retail or wholesale fashion brand.
- Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fit and fabric development.
- Proven ability to create trend-relevant, commercially successful collections.
- Confident in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with sharp attention to detail.
- Deep awareness of youth, streetwear and luxury fashion culture.
- Creative, collaborative and resilient – able to push boundaries while staying grounded.

- Paid Parental Leave.
- Generous discount on Ksubi gear.
- Discounts with WHEREFIT to gyms, sports gear, vitamins, Adore Beauty, HelloFresh + more.
- Highly creative and socially connected team environment in our Rosebery HQ.
