As the Digital Marketing Coordinator at New Balance Australia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s digital marketing initiatives. In this full-time position based at the stunning head office in Moorabbin, VIC, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a range of digital marketing activities to support the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and strategy of digital marketing campaigns across various channels and initiatives, including but not limited to Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, SEO and Email.
- Own the briefing process for all paid media campaigns, including creative, copy, landing pages, audience/targeting and product SKUs.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activity, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and create engaging local digital content in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, for paid advertising, email newsletters and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and wider ecommerce team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive digital presence.
- Provide administrative support for the digital marketing function, such as content management and weekly/monthly reporting.
KEY SKILLS
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (in house or agency)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly in the areas of paid search and paid social.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Ads Manager’s and Google Analytics. Monday.com, Salesforce, Emarsys and Tealium an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the retail and/or sportswear industry is desirable, but not essential.
