Role Description
Zimmermann is seeking a highly organised and creative Digital Studio Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract to cover a period of parental leave.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering elevated product imagery that reflects the Zimmermann brand across our digital platforms. From pre-production planning to post-production execution, you will support the seamless creation of visual content in line with seasonal launches, ensuring every detail is considered and on-brand.
As Digital Studio Coordinator, you will play an important role in bringing our collections to life online. With a focus on precision and creativity, you’ll support the delivery of product imagery that aligns with seasonal launches and embodies the Zimmermann brand. From pre-production planning to post-production execution, you’ll ensure every visual detail reflects our commitment to quality, elegance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and sample loans/returns
- Keep the studio organized, clean, and ready for action
- Assist with lighting and equipment setup
- Coordinate styling pieces and accessories for shoots
- Liaise with agencies to book approved models
- Support process improvements with the Digital Studio Manager
- Ensure styling accuracy and shoot efficiency, prioritizing key looks ahead of stock arrival
- Track sample arrivals and returns with the Digital Studio Producer
- Action reshoots and apply learnings to future collections
- Capture high-quality product imagery (model, mannequin, flat lay) and video content
- Assist models and stylists during shoots
- Style and shoot kids’ product imagery and seasonal line sheets
- Collaborate with Wholesale, PR, and Design teams on product imagery needs
- Edit video content to brand standards
- Retouch model images and perform ghost mannequin edits
- Resize and compress images for web, social, and TMALL platforms
- Ensure color accuracy and quality control across all visual assets
- Review outsourced image batches and provide feedback
- Support the team in producing content for digital launches
- Assist with content projects, research, and mock-ups
- Ensure all online imagery and styling align with brand standards
- Audit website visuals for consistency and quality
- Create imagery for social media with the studio team
- Source props and explore new lighting techniques
- Check file naming and image compression meet guidelines
- Assist with product categorization and enrichment
- Document size and fit details with the styling and content teams
- Fix or update product videos and images online

KEY SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong image retouching skills with advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Demonstrated understanding of studio photography equipment and processes
- An interest in fashion, photography, technology, and digital content
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in photography, design, or a related field
