Role Description
ECO D. is a multi-brand womenswear retailer with 9 boutiques nationally and an online store. ECO D. prides itself on sourcing and showcasing an exciting range of international and Australian labels.
We are looking for an energetic, business orientated and passionate Boutique Manager to lead and represent our brand at the Black Rock Boutique. Within the role, you will have direct access to the ECO D. head office team and will have the opportunity to play an important role in providing customer insights to the marketing and retail operations.
This role is a rare opportunity to work in a successful family-owned business that has been in operation for over 30 years. Full-time and part-time applications welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management experience ( ideally with a fashion retailer).
- Proven sales and customer service focus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of VM principles, shrinkage and budget management.
- A love of all things fashion, particularly the ECO D. brand.
