We are now looking for our next Ecom Trade Coordinator to join our amazing team.
This role is responsible for upholding accurate brand representation on all websites while driving online sales and varying website performance metrics to meet company goals. This role owns the day to day trading of the websites including product management, merchandising, product and site content strategies, coordinating & uploading website content, ensuring brand filters and style guides are met and represented. This role will also play a pivotal role in rolling out the end to end customer experience for all new digital customer facing initiatives including new delivery services, site rebrand and personalised messaging.

This global role works across multiple locations, in both hemispheres in multiple currencies.
This role reports to the Head of Ecommerce and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
TRADE
- Online sales performance reporting weekly, daily including providing insights for action in weekly trade meetings.
- Implementation/setup of brand promotions online.
- Daily sales tracking and opportunity monitoring, actioning insights using EDM and content strategies.
- Work closely with the brand teams to create a trade optimised marketing calendar including promotional and email send times.
- Review product stock levels against trading performance to determine risk.
- Identify new trading and product opportunities through voice of customer initiatives.
- Ensure ranging opportunities are identified for third party dropship channels.
- Manage the Hotjar ‘incoming feedback’ tool.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Manage the product online lifecycle from uploading to re-ordering products to further drive trade.
- Ensure receipted stock is uploaded with urgency including resolving any technical issues.
- Manage product dinkus strategy.
- Manage the incoming stock tracker and communicate product landing times to the marketing team to inform content strategy.
- Identify products of opportunity or risk to bring to trade meetings to ensure that we are not missing a chance to sell product – down to size level.
- Manage product imagery including ensuring that it accurately bridges the gap between the physical and the digital product including working closely with the brand teams on photoshoots to ensure continuity.
- Ensuring products are enriched on time to maximise trade potential with detailed descriptions that you’ll write with the product team to aid the customer journey.
- Category management and merchandising.
- Manage the ThreebyOne merchandising platform ensuring best practice search and merchandising strategies.
- Work closely with the physical retail teams to share insights and manage omni channel stock pool.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate & execute content for all brand and regional websites, work with brand teams to ensure content is optimised and represents the brands accurately.
- Follow company brand, content and marketing plans, meeting brand filters, company procedures and ecommerce best practices at all times.
- Work with the brand teams to manage the marketing calendar ensuring we are capitalising on key trading trends
- Manage the onsite blog according to best SEO practices working closely with the brand and copywriting teams
- Manage fit guides and educational content
- Preparing creative briefs for website content and eDM campaigns in alignment with the Marketing calendar
- Manage all brand and regional website categories, following SEO best practices and strategic IA, driving product representation and improving user experience.
- Create and update category descriptions according to best practices
- Ability to create and implement on site assets if required
ONSITE USER EXPERIENCE
- Be actively involved in briefing the customer experience for the digital roadmap and ensuring implementation success.
- Ensure new site initiatives are rolled out and marketed effectively across the site for ongoing success.
- Help to manage the relationship, output and ongoing website developments with external website development agencies.
- Manage and prioritise the ThreeByOne roadmap weekly post each development sprint.
- Test and approve all onsite initiatives to ensure the optimum end to end user experience.
- Proactively suggest website performance improvements, new initiatives and sales levers to increase sales & profitability along with improving brand & user experience.
- Be an integral part of the ThreeByOne A/B testing and UX program, implementing and reporting on test performance in conjunction with our CRO agency.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
- Be an integral member on digital experience projects from ideation through to execution.
- Ensure business requirements are scoped and met throughout the duration of the project.
- Work with broader teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption within the business.
- Proactively suggest any opportunities that might arise post-implementation.
