Role Description
Lucy Folk is a luxury lifestyle brand creating meaningful, artisanally crafted jewellery and apparel. Rooted in family, heritage and conscious creation, we design pieces to be treasured — objects that carry story, intention and soul. As our brand continues to grow locally and internationally, our online store plays a vital role in how customers experience, engage with and invest in the Lucy Folk world.
We’re looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to own and elevate the commercial performance of the Lucy Folk online store.
This role is for someone who loves the rhythm of ecommerce — daily trading, optimisation, performance analysis and continual improvement — and who understands that great digital experiences are both intuitive and commercially rigorous.
You’ll take ownership of ecommerce trading end-to-end, ensuring the site is always accurate, optimised and performing, while working closely with Marketing and Creative to support launches and brand moments from a commercial lens.
This is a focused, accountable role with real impact.

WHO YOU ARE
- You’re commercially minded and detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for what drives online performance.

- You’re technically capable and comfortable owning Shopify and ecommerce tools, but equally able to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure trade priorities are supported beautifully.
- You’re calm, accurate and fast-moving. You like ownership, clarity and seeing the direct results of your work.

- Flexible working arrangements (hybrid)
- Meaningful product and purpose-led work
