Role Description

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and commercially minded eCommerce Specialist to manage and enhance the performance of our Stylerunner ANZ websites. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing our digital strategy, driving sales performance, and creating an exceptional online experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online performance – Support the delivery of trade and revenue targets through daily site optimisation, smart merchandising, and data-driven decision making.
- Own the customer journey – Maintain and elevate the Stylerunner AU & NZ websites, ensuring every product, promotion, and piece of content reflects our brand and drives engagement.
- Optimise merchandising – Manage product launches, category builds, and collections to maximise sell-through and conversion, while analysing key metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Execute campaigns – Work with creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging digital campaigns, promotions, and content that inspire customers and drive results.
- Enhance digital experiences – Support web development projects, identify new functionality, and troubleshoot site issues to ensure a smooth and inspiring shopping experience.
- Champion customer experience – Partner with customer service and retail teams to ensure feedback informs continuous improvement and that our Help Centre and online information are always up to date.
- Report and analyse – Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and onsite behaviour to uncover insights and influence trade decisions.
KEY SKILLS
- 4–5 years’ experience in eCommerce operations or coordination, ideally within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and digital merchandising best practice.
- Proven analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- A commercial mindset with an eye for detail, creativity, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for fashion, fitness, and digital innovation.
